St Andrew's Church is searching for a new Lead Minister and Head of Staff.
This person will lead, care for and equip the people of St. Andrew's to 'glorify and enjoy God', as faithful and fruitful followers of the Risen Christ.
A passionate love for Jesus and abiding confidence in the power of the Resurrection are very important to St. Andrew’s.
Experience in significantly helping a congregation to be vital and growing is very important to St. Andrew’s.
Respecting all the things a minister does and can do, consistently, deliberately and diligently prioritizing the life of the congregation, being a 'flock first' minister, are very important to St. Andrew’s.

Requirements
• A love for choral singing.
• Experience in choral/liturgical music an asset.
• Enrolled in a post-secondary institution.
• Committed, responsible, punctual.
• A passion for the local church and the good it can do.
• Moderate to strong sight-reading ability.
• Ability to carry a voice part on your own (where a single voice part divides into two- ex. Alto I & Alto II).
• Attend weekly Thursday evening rehearsals (7:00 - 8:30 p.m.).
• Attend weekly Sunday morning service (10:30 -11:45 a.m. - choir call generally 9:45 a.m.) where choir leads in hymns, anthems, introits and frequent psalm singing.
An audition may be required to determine vocal range, voice character and general musicianship. There will be a three week probation period for successful candidates to determine suitability, for both parties. Positions begin ASAP, concluding June 22/25 with the possibility of renewal September - December 2025.
Renumeration
80.00 weekly (Thurs. rehearsal: 35.00 /Sun.service 45.00) payable at the end of each month. Pay deducted accordingly if not in attendance
