Main Floor
Wheelchair and walker access is available from the Norfolk Street entrance,
and an accessible washroom is available on this level.
Sanctuary | Memorial Hall (Gym) | Library | Board Room | Parlour
Sanctuary
Size: 3,350 sq ft (main floor) + 700 sq ft (balcony)
Features: The sanctuary at St. Andrew’s Guelph includes the incredible Casavant Freres Organ built in 1934. With 2,436 pipes and 3 manual keyboards, this organ is in active use every Sunday for worship. The space is illuminated with stained glass and is acoustically sound. The space features two large screens available for presentations.
Accessibility: The sanctuary and church hall is wheelchair and walker accessible from the Norfolk Street entrance (the sidewalk off of Norfolk Street entering by the glass door). We also have an accessible washroom on this level. The sanctuary has two areas in the middle for wheelchairs.

Westminster-St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church Memorial Hall (Gym)
Size: 26 ft x 54 ft
Features: With finished hardwood floors and plenty of natural light, the main hall at St. Andrew’s was dedicated in 2022 to the glory of God and to the members of Westminster St. Paul’s Church, Guelph, who served as a community of God’s people from 1958 to 2021. The floor of the Hall includes a pickleball court.

Library (Dorothy Lightheart Memorial)
Size: 17 ft x 20 ft
Features: Our cozy Dorothy Lightheart Memorial library can seat a maximum of 12 people for intimate meetings. A selection of liturgical literature is available for checkout, curated in the past by our librarians Virginia Gillham and Sheilagh McKinnie, both of whom we miss. A small washroom is available attached to the library, and a wheelchair accessible washroom is down the hall.

Board Room (Hugh Guthrie Q.C. Memorial)
Size: 21 ft x 20 ft
Features: Our Hugh Guthrie Q. C. Memorial board room comfortably seats 15 in a square of tables, and comes equipped with a large screen capable of HDMI input.

Parlour
Size: 37 ft x 19 ft
Features: A spacious, furnished room with natural light through sunny yellow windows, the parlour has a hardwood floor covered by a red carpet. Capacity for the parlour can be up to 65, perfect for large family gatherings or events. The parlour has an adjoining kitchenette that can be included in your rental. A sink, stove range, small refrigerator, and counter / cabinet space is available at an additional price.

Lower Level
The Lower Level of St. Andrew’s Church is accessible by a short flight of stairs, which are located at our back entrance off of the Yarmouth parking lot. Meeting rooms on the lower level are available, while the other half of this level is shared with Lilliput Land Co-Operative Nursery School on school day mornings.
Meeting Room 1&2
Size: 25 ft x 20 ft
Features: Our meeting rooms can be set up as classrooms or event spaces, both with a capacity of about 30 people. Chairs and tables are available for setup/takedown at an additional cost. In the corner of both meeting rooms is a small sink with counter space, outlets, and cabinet storage.

Second Level
The Second Level of St. Andrews is carpeted, with bright windows on every wall. The second floor is accessible by stairs, which are located at our back entrance off of the Yarmouth parking lot.
Classroom 8&9 | Classroom 6 (Youth Room) | Classroom 7 (Nursery)
Classroom 8/9 (Craft Room)
Features: This spacious classroom on our second floor, filled with natural light from our east-facing windows, includes a TV, DVD player, chalk board, and microwave. Tables are covered in plastic for craft time, and there is a comfy curtained-off reading corner for quiet downtime. This craft room can be divided by a folding wall down the middle.

Classroom 6 (Youth Room)
Size: 23 ft x 20 ft
Features: Our youth group room is supplied with plenty of comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted TV with appleTV capabilities, a playstation 4 with 2 controllers, a mini fridge, a small stereo, and a foosball table. Perfect for a teen hangout!

Classroom 7 (Nursery)
Size: 18 ft x 16 ft
Features: This small nursery is only one step away from the craft room and youth group room. Ideal for a Parents and Tots program (which we hold in conjunction with Two Rivers Church on Wednesday mornings from 9:30am to 11:00am,) this room includes a kid’s kitchen playset and many other toys and books.

A Refundable Key Deposit: $25 per key
Refundable Security deposits are established per room – please inquire for rates.
Storage fees may apply depending on storage needs
